Order your tickets at http://www.divaday.net/
The Diva Day Foundation’s mission is to showcase artists in benefit of women’s advocacy groups and to support violence prevention initiatives for women. The proceeds raised from Rusalka will be donated to GRLZ Radio (http://www.grlzradio.org/), an after-school, violence prevention and leadership development initiative based in Dorchester that trains adolescent girls in music production, broadcasting, deejaying and gives them each a voice that can be heard in their community. Many of the girls who participate in the program are at risk of being in violent situations, but are given a forum to speak out regarding issues that matter most to them.
